Colorado Sisterlocks Training 2000

October 2000 - Greetings From Pat

Welcome to Colorado’s first Sisterlocksä training class. We were REAL excited to have Master Trainer Celeste Geary from the home office in San Diego, California, here in the Mile High City.

We are ready to put this city and the surrounding areas on the map by
 showing this “unique” natural hair
care option.

In July of 2000 I attended the 3rd annual Homecoming event in San Diego, Ca.  While there I made the decision at the last minute to take the training class to become a consultant.
I was very excited about the opportunity this will provide in my future.
I’m not ready to take on clients just yet due to some personal changes I’m making on in my life right.

I took the training again this weekend to reinforce what I learned then I would know the direction I will take.  The Sisterlocksä training goes along with some other business ventures I wish to pursue.

So we will see.  Keep me in your prayers.

Finally I would like to thank my fellow Sisterlocksä  consultants for all your hard work in putting this event together.
Grace, Donna, and Paleri also welcome our "new" friends to the Colorado Sisterlock
sä family.

If you have any questions we are all here to help out.

We will be planning other events here in Colorado so be sure to keep in touch.

 Love,
Peace

and
Nappiness

  Keep in touch.

A Comprehensive 3 day Sisterlocks™
training class was held
in Aurora (Denver), Colorado on
 October 21, 22 and 23, 2000.

This course was taught by
 Master trainer
Celeste Geary

The students were eager to  learn this trademarked technique, which is
a natural hair care alternative to chemically treated hair.

Topics included:

Learning  what it takes to become a Certified Sisterlocks™  Consultant.

The characteristics of "our" hair in it's natural state.

The consultation, follow-up and customer service.
How to market your Sisterlocks™ business.

Also current Sisterlocks™/Brotherlocks™ wearers
 ... learned to Retighten their
hair during a special training session for them.

For the retightening portion there were 12 or more people.
There was 7  taking the new consultant training portion
and 2 more consultants exercised the option to
retake the class. We now have 11 consultants in
Colorado. So now every nappy head can be locked up!

Don’t be fooled by imitations of this method.
