disease prevention and management. You will find out exactly how
exercise aids in diabetes management and prevention, management
and avoidance of hypertension, stroke and heart attack. Find out
about core instabilities that may be affecting your daily living
and movement. The seminar will discuss at home options for
exercise and you can even bring that piece of exercise equipment
that you ordered late at night on an infomercial. Every Body’s
Personal Training will tell you how to use it properly or whether
you should throw it out.

“I HATE Weights!”
- An interactive class on Resistance Training -

Come
dressed to feel better as Every Body’s Personal Training
will also present an interactive class on Resistance
Training. “I HATE Weights!” will focus on Pilates mat
movements for training, shaping and strengthening the
abdominal area, Resistance Bands for strength training and
the Resist-a-Ball. You’ll actually be able to participate
in this wonderful body toning class appropriate for all
fitness levels.
Adding
muscle helps the body to burn calories when at rest and aids
in the attempts to lose weight. They also tone and tighten
your body without making you add bulk and grow large.
(Unless that’s what you want to do.)
