The hair cut!!!

My  Sisterlocks™ at 3 years and 5 months old are definitely a little on the wild side.

I strongly felt the need to have a neater appearance.  Yes, in the beginning like many all I wanted was long locks.  However my own self-evaluation made me feel comfortable giving up that length for a minute.
Remember healthy hair will grow over time.

The last time my ends were evened was October 2001.

My  cut locks on the bathroom counter

So without any regrets I  cut my Sisterlocks™ even .
The amount lost in this transaction was anywhere between 1/8 inch to 2 inches.

The length I lose will be regained in time so I'm not concerned.  Since my locks have matured safely cutting  them on an angle caused minimum slippage to occur.
Some of my ends did "blow out" slightly exposing
raw "curly' Q's" again.

After trimming I sprayed my Sisterlocks™  with one of my favorite Essential oils spritz.

This one is made from rosemary, Bay and Cedarwood oils
in 4 oz. of water.

The 4oz bottle used to mix the spritz.

Now my  Sisterlocks™go with the flow!!!!

Maybe I will save my locks in a "baggie" just because.

It's just Hair ... still growing it everyday.
